Bea Saludo Francisco is a brand strategist, designer, and educator specialized in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

Graduating with a BFA in Packaging Design, Bea launched her career at Unilever, one of the largest global CPG companies. From there, she gained extensive experience in brand strategy, concept development, production, launch, and beyond. Her work spans recognizable food brands, including Pringles and Cheez-It. But beyond the household names, the projects she enjoys the most are the ones where she can use her learnings to help entrepreneurs get their branding and packaging set up for success.

When she’s not designing, Bea loves sharing her expertise through teaching. Bea is currently a Professor of branding and packaging at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has also previously guest lectured at Rising Tide Capital NJ, mentoring entrepreneurs on branding and marketing. Whether she’s crafting brands or coaching minds, Bea brings a unique blend of strategy and creativity to every project and person she can.
